Join us Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at 9 AM at Rob Wallace Park (12900 Bethel School Rd, Midland, NC) for a doggone good time! All ages welcome—whether you have a furry friend or just want to unleash some fun. Walk, wag, and woof your way through a morning of laughs, fresh air, and tail-wagging camaraderie. Don’t miss this paws-itively awesome outing!

The Roof Above
On Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2025, we will prepare and serve a meal for the men at Roof Above. This ministry is a vital way we share Christ’s love, and we need your help!
Volunteers Needed: Join us for meal prep at noon, then head out at 4:00 PM to serve.
Cakes Needed: Bring a whole, uncut cake to the church on Sunday, Sept. 21 or Monday, Sept. 22.

Roadside Clean-up! All are Welcome

Join us Saturday, Sept. 27, at 8 AM at Blair Road UMC to clean a 2-mile stretch of roadside. Vests, bags, and grabbers provided—just bring a willing heart!

Looking for a chance to sit down for a good family meal and connect with others? Bring the whole family (and your neighbors!) to Fuel Up this October! It's a time for fun, fellowship, and some seriously amazing food.
We’ve got two Fuel Up Wednesdays coming your way:
October 23rd: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Veggies, and Salad
We’ll be gathering from 5:45 PM to 7:30 PM, but if you're feeling musical, stick around and join the choir!
If you have a special dessert you would like to share, let Lea Oglesby know! Come fuel up—your seat at the table is waiting!
To make the night even more special, we’ve got some fun surprises lined up for you. It’s going to be a perfect opportunity for our traditional and contemporary members to mingle and get to know each other — a little fun, a little fellowship, and a whole lot of connection!

Journey 201: A Disciple's Path
Journey 201: A Disciple’s Path
This will be the expanded 6-week class based on Journey 101, which took place several months ago. In this class, we’ll discuss the history of the Church, as well as unpack each of the five areas of focus when joining a United Methodist Church: Prayers, Presence, Gifts, Service, and Witness. Whether you know everything or nothing about the United Methodist Church (and its methods), come out for this insightful study to build your faith and relationship with God. It will also be a great way to get to know others within the church who might not attend the same worship service you do. It will take place on Tuesday nights: August 13 – September 24.
